Construction Laborer – Industrial Jobsite Cleanup & Material Handling
LocationLocation: Chesterfield, VA
Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Schedule: 50–70+ Hours per Week
Pay & Perks- $17/hour

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Laborers to support operations on a large-scale industrial construction project at the LEGO jobsite in Chesterfield, VA. This role is critical in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment for all trades onsite.
Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in an active construction environment and assisting with general site cleanup, trash removal, and material organization.
Responsibilities- Pick up and remove trash and debris throughout the jobsite
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Assist with organizing and staging materials for crews onsite
- Move materials and supplies as needed
- Support general labor tasks as directed by site supervision
- Help maintain safe walking and working areas
- Follow all jobsite safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Previous construction labor experience
- Ability to work in outdoor and industrial environments
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Must comply with all jobsite safety requirements
