The Opportunity
MEDS is pleased to announce a high-quality-of-life Emergency Medicine Physician opening at Memorial Hospital in Southern Illinois. This role is ideal for physicians seeking to maximize income while maintaining a balanced and flexible lifestyle.
Facility Overview
- 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
- 7-bed Emergency Department
- Annual ED Volume: ~6,000 visits
- 24-hour care for patients of all ages
- 24/7 onsite services: Lab, CT, Ultrasound, and Radiology
Position Highlights
- Compensation: $2,280 - $6,840 per shift
- Shift Options: 12-hour, 24-hour, or 36-hour shifts
- Board Certification:
- ABEM certified
- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians with demonstrated EM experience
- Certifications Required: ACLS & PALS
- Medical Liability: Coverage provided with tail
