Position:
Manager in Training (MIT)

This is an exciting leadership development opportunity designed for driven professionals who want to grow into management roles within our sales organization.

As an MIT, you'll:

• Develop innovative strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Build meaningful, lasting customer relationships
• Gain hands-on leadership and management experience
• Work alongside a supportive and collaborative team

What You'll Do

Customer & Sales Leadership

• Build strong relationships with Store Managers and key accounts
• Identify new business opportunities and convert competitor accounts
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
• Negotiate pricing and prepare sales agreements
• Ensure accounts align with company policies and standards

Team Collaboration

• Work cross-functionally with various departments
• Represent Pepsi Mid America in a positive and professional manner
• Maintain strong relationships with coworkers and customers

Management Development

• Manage multiple projects and priorities
• Analyze situations and solve problems effectively
• Participate in regular training and leadership development
• Support personnel evaluation and development

What You Bring

• 2+ years of management experience required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred (4+ years of management experience may substitute for degree)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, research, reporting)
• Physical stamina for travel and being on your feet
• Pay Range: $50,000 to $70,000
