Position Overview

Full‑Time Production Associate (Bulk Operator III) at Ardent Mills. The role focuses on the production of nutritious products across North America, ensuring safety and quality standards are met while supporting plant operations.

• Maintain and operate utility systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with food safety requirements (Utility Operators).
• Load bulk vessels, perform sanitation duties, and maintain bulk department safety and compliance (Bulk Operators).
• Operate and maintain elevators or lifts, supporting the efficient movement of raw materials throughout the facility (Elevator Operators).
• Manage warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, organizing, forklift operation, and distribution of raw materials and finished products (Warehouse Operators).
• Operate packing equipment, process, and package products while adhering to sanitation and safety protocols (Pack Operators).

The role mandates frequent stair use, ladder climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, propelling force of 20 pounds, and standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, crouching, kneeling, and balancing. Physical duties include bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. Work may be performed outdoors or indoors under varying heat, cold, dust, and noise conditions. Personal protective equipment mandatory, including dust masks and respirators that require mandatory shaving for proper respirator seal.

Chester, Illinois – 101 Water Street, Chester, 62233. Full‑time, hourly compensation at $26.63 per hour.

Eligible employees assigned to shifts outside standard business hours receive additional compensation in addition to the base hourly rate, reflected in the regular rate calculation for overtime.
