Positions Available Full-Time Shift Nurse (RN/LPN)

Schedule:

6:00 AM – 6:00 PMFull-Time Night Shift Nurse (RN/LPN)

Schedule:

6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Compensation

Registered Nurse (RN)
Less than 5 years of experience: $39.00/hour5 or more years of experience: $40.00/hour Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Less than 5 years of experience: $34.00/hour5 or more years of experience: $35.00/hour Additional Incentive $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time Only – Paid Out Over One Year)

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Assess residents and promptly report changes in condition

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Collaborate with Certified Nursing Assistants and the interdisciplinary care team Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment

Maintain compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations

Qualifications

Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Dependable with a strong work ethic

Long-term care experience preferred but not required

Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
