This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with leadership and licensed partners to help support communication, systems, marketing coordination, and operational execution across the organization.
We are looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning new technology, and helping build efficient systems that support growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and ongoing communication with licensed locations
- Assist with operational coordination and project management across multiple locations
- Help manage website content updates and digital resources through CMS platforms
- Upload and organize video content, training materials, and digital assets
- Assist with social media coordination and marketing support initiatives
- Conduct online research related to marketing, operations, and business initiatives
- Organize reports, files, timelines, and internal systems using digital tools
- Support leadership with operational and expansion-related projects
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Experience with:
- Excel
- Google Drive / Google Workspace
- CMS platforms
- Project management software
- Canva
- Video uploads and digital content organization
- Strong web research and problem-solving abilities
- Curious and interested in AI tools and emerging technologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Marketing, operations, or business support experience
- Multi-location business or franchise/licensing support experience
- Sports industry experience
- Full-time (Monday–Friday)
- Some evenings and weekends as needed for events or special projects
- Occasional travel may be required
- Be part of a nationally recognized baseball and softball organization
- Work directly with leadership on growth and expansion initiatives
