** Job Summary*
* We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse/Production Associates for our 3rd shift team in Chester, NY. This role primarily supports warehouse operations including unloading inbound shipments, putting away inventory, and assisting with order fulfillment in a fast-paced distribution environment.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Unload incoming shipments, including loose cases and packaged goods

+ Sort and put away inventory in designated storage locations

+ Pick products from shelves to fulfill eCommerce and customer orders

+ Place items onto conveyor belts for processing and shipment

+ Assist with loading outbound trucks as needed

+ Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment

+ Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols

+ Support general warehouse and production tasks as assigned

** Qualifications*
* + Prior warehouse, distribution, or production experience preferred, but not required

+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment

+ Strong attention to detail and work ethic

+ Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight hours

* + Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling

+ Standing and moving for extended periods

+ Repetitive motion tasks

** Work Environment*
* + Warehouse setting with conveyor systems and moving equipment

+ May involve varying temperatures depending on facility

+ Fast-paced production and distribution environment
