C&J Automotive is seeking an A/B Level Automotive Technician for its Upper Chichester, PA location. The shop is looking for an experienced technician who can contribute at a high level while working as part of a strong automotive repair team.

The Upper Chichester location has three double-deep bays, six lifts, an alignment rack, air conditioning, and heat. Compensation ranges from $60,000–$100,000 per year based on the technician’s skill set and work history.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine appropriate repair needs.
• Perform automotive maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Complete assigned repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect vehicles and identify needed service or repair work.
• Communicate repair findings and additional service needs clearly.
• Work with the service team to maintain efficient shop workflow.
• Maintain organized repair documentation and complete assigned work to shop standards.
• Help support a productive, team-focused repair environment.

Qualifications

• Experience performing automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
• A-Level or B-Level automotive technician experience.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to complete repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented automotive shop.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• ASE certifications may be considered when evaluating skill level and compensation.
