Guest Services Event Staff, Subaru Park

Job Title

As part of the Guest Services team at Subaru Park, you'll help shape the game-day experience for our fans. Our staff is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and energetic environment throughout the stadium. You'll greet guests, assist with directions and seating, monitor crowd behavior, and help ensure every visitor enjoys a top-tier sports and entertainment experience.

• Warmly greet guests and welcome them to Subaru Park.
• Assist with ticketing questions, seating locations, and general stadium procedures and policies.
• Comfortably manage and interact with large groups of guests.
• Maintain awareness and control of your assigned section or area.
• Anticipate, identify, and resolve issues to promote a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Share general building information, including locations of amenities and services.
• Ensure all areas remain safe for guests and staff.
• Monitor alcohol consumption and help address related concerns appropriately.
• Deliver exceptional, friendly, and proactive customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support stadium operations.

• Available to work a part-time schedule that includes frequent evening and weekend shifts (majority of events occur during these hours).
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress or fast-paced situations.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying and extreme weather conditions.
• Friendly, outgoing, and positive personality.
• Consistently courteous, polite, and committed to delivering a great guest experience.
