Reporting to the Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences, the Assistant Professor of Political Science is a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor position beginning in Fall 2026.

The Political Science Department seeks applicants who have demonstrated excellence in teaching, will pursue an active research agenda, engage in academic advising, and contribute to campus and professional service. The ideal candidate would hold a Ph.D. in Political Science with the ability to teach a broad array of classes across the discipline. This position will have a teaching load of 3-4 courses per semester.
