Gameday Staff Assistant

Assist the Game Presentation and Operations staff with gameday needs such as coordination and execution of all in-stadium/on-campus games, promotions, and entertainment.

Responsibilities may include:

• Helping execute pregame and halftime fan activations
• Facilitating the distribution of stadium-wide giveaways
• Assisting with pre-game field preparations, including placing ball stands around the field and ensuring water carts are delivered to the appropriate team benches
• Assuming various field staff roles such as ball retriever, stretcher crew, and photo marshall when needed
• Performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Game Presentation staff
• Attending events around the community for the Union Marketing department on an as need basis

Qualifications and requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have reliable transportation
• Hardworking attitude, outgoing personality, and excitement for Union soccer
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Must be available to work all or most Union home games
• Must be willing to work Union II home matches
