Participants gain real business experience while building a deep understanding of global supply chains. The program combines hands-on operational experience, exposure to different areas of logistics, mentorship from experienced leaders, and structured professional development.

What does DSV do? DSV provides end-to-end logistics services that connect global trade in the following ways:

• Air & Sea Freight:
  Global network connecting all major markets, partnerships with major carriers to deliver goods, international cargo and project shipments
• Road Transport:
  Transportation across EMEA and North America, temperature-controlled and specialized options
• Contract Logistics:
  Warehousing and distribution, e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain solutions for industries like healthcare, technology, and automotive

Are you a graduate looking to join a dynamic company? No prior experience required. If you have the drive, talent and enjoy responsibility, we'll give you the support you need to explore your potential and forward your career. For year one, base pay is: $24.04/hour ($50,000 annually); year two, $25.00/hour ($52,000 annually). The rate of pay for this program is non-negotiable.
