About the Job:
The Construction PM at our Plymouth Meeting branch will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing landscape management crews, projects, and personnel. This position involves supervising the execution of various landscape projects, conducting site inspections, training and developing employees, and ensuring high-quality standards. The PM will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, and coordinating with clients and vendors to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
This role requires a deep understanding of project scopes, budgets, and the ability to identify and solve potential issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise landscape management crews
- Manage personnel and projects
- Train and develop employees
- Perform site inspections
- Ensure high-quality standards and safety compliance
- Conduct pre-construction walk-throughs with designers and clients
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
Qualifications:
- Must have minimum 2 years landscape construction experience as a Foreman or related position
- A degree or certification in a landscape related field
- Maintain a current driver's license
- Meet or exceed quality and safety expectations
- Managerial experience with crews ranging from 5 to 10
- Ability to walk, bend, lift and carry 40lbs - 80lbs
- In-depth understanding of project management principles and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft
