Registered Nurse Supervisor

The Belvedere Center in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead compassionate, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehab facility. The RN Supervisor oversees nursing staff, coordinates care plans, and ensures clinical excellence for seniors needing long-term care and short-term rehab. Responsibilities include assessments, medication management, documentation, and team leadership in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment that values dignity, respect, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Conduct resident assessments and oversee development, implementation, and review of individualized care plans.
• Administer and oversee medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor residents' clinical status, respond to changes in condition, and coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation and compliance with regulatory and facility standards.
• Lead shift huddles, organize staffing assignments, and assist with scheduling to maintain adequate coverage.
• Educate, mentor, and coach nursing staff to support skill development, best practices, and adherence to protocols.
• Promote infection control, safety, and quality improvement initiatives throughout the unit.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families, addressing questions, concerns, and care updates.
• Collaborate with therapy, social services, and other disciplines to support rehab goals and discharge planning.
