Security Officer - Flex Perimeter Patrol

Allied Universal - Up to $16.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and post orders, and when appropriate, supporting emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points, observe for unusual conditions such as unsecured doors, malfunctioning lights, and/or blocked egress routes, and report findings to property management per site protocol;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support, assistance with medical calls until help arrives, and documentation of actions taken;
Complete detailed reports and logs regarding patrols, incidents, and customer interactions, and communicate updates to on-site contacts and/or dispatch as required
