Supervise Surveillance Agents and assist the Shift Supervisor in their duties;
Operate surveillance equipment and CCTV systems including VCRs, monitors, switches, computers, controllers, and cameras;
Provide CCTV and personal observations to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and internal controls;
Assist in preparing schedules and daily paperwork; provide supervision and leadership in the supervisor's absence;
Prepare detailed written reports and be prepared to provide court testimony when necessary
