Class- Flatbed Driver

Position: Class-A Flatbed Driver  -  $1,500 - $2,000 Weekly
We are currently vetting Class A professionals for our specialized regional steel division. This role involves the strategic transport of steel pipe and flat steel products across dedicated regional lanes. We offer a high-yield, percentage-based compensation model combined with a firm commitment to weekend home time, ensuring our drivers maintain a superior quality of life.
 Financial Yield & Incentives
 Revenue Share:
Earn a consistent 27% of the total linehaul revenue.
 Weekly Gross Potential:
Most drivers average between $1,500 and $2,000.
 Non-Taxed Support: $300 weekly per diem to assist with travel expenses.
 Supplemental Pay: $40 for tarping services, $16/hour for detention (after 2 hours), and $50 for layover requirements (after 24 hours).
 Operational Scope
 Home Time:
Predictable regional routing with guaranteed weekends off.
 Mileage Targets:
Consistent lanes providing 2,300 to 2,800 miles per week.
 Freight Profile:
Dedicated steel hauling (flat steel and steel pipe).
 Manual Requirements:
Tarping is required on approximately 40–50% of shipments.

 Qualification Criteria
 Flatbed History:
Minimum 12 months of verifiable flatbed experience within the past 5 years.
 Cargo Expertise:
Proven experience in the transportation and securement of steel products.
 Technical Skill:
Proficiency in securing loads using tarps, chains, straps, and binders.
 Compliance:
Minimum age of 22; no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years; zero Clearinghouse violations.
 Testing:
Ability to pass a mandatory pre-employment urine drug screen.
