Manage the importation of goods by ocean, including customs clearance and delivery to the final destination;
Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and trucking companies to ensure timely delivery of goods;
Prepare, process, submit required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other relevant paperwork;
Track and monitor shipments and provide regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments;
Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
