Manage the importation of goods by ocean, including customs clearance and delivery to the final destination;
Manage the exportation of goods by ocean, including carrier booking and movement through transportation channels;
Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and trucking companies to ensure timely delivery;
Prepare, process, and submit required documentation for customs clearance (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.);
Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers on status; collaborate with internal departments to ensure service delivery
