, we're looking for dedicated, compassionate and resilient Support Workers to join our team at our short breaks and day-service provision
. This is an opportunity to be part of a service that provides high-quality care and support to children and young people, helping them develop confidence, independence and life skills in a safe and nurturing environment.

No two days are the same. One day you could be supporting a young person to access community activities, while the next you might be helping them achieve personal goals, develop new skills or build positive relationships.

What You'll Do
  • Provide high-quality, child-centred care and support.
  • Build positive and trusting relationships with children and young people.
  • Support daily routines, activities and independent living skills.
  • Encourage participation in education, hobbies and community activities.
  • Promote emotional wellbeing and positive outcomes.
  • Follow individual care plans and risk assessments.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Work as part of a supportive and professional team.
  • Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people at all times.
