Overview

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Receptionist to join our team at Valor Hospitality Careers UK. Salary is £25,396.80 per annum (£12.21 per hour), full‑time 40 hours per week. The position is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year with flexible shift patterns.

• Greet guests and set a warm tone for their stay.
• Answer questions and provide information about hotel services, facilities and the local area.
• Serve as the face of the hotel for property guests as well as visitors to restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.
• Maintain a cordial welcome across varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Assist with concierge duties as required.

• Natural hospitality charm and strong passion for service.
• Experience in a branded hotel environment preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
