Hotel Porter & Staff Mini Bus Driver - Carden Park Hotel

We are looking for a professional, personable, and customer‑focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Porter & Staff Mini Bus Driver. This role offers a full‑time 24‑40 hour contract with shift work, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Responsibilities- Welcoming guests as they enter the hotel
- Supporting guests with their luggage
- Valeting parking guest cars
- Assisting guests with general enquiries
- Performing light cleaning duties of front‑of‑house areas
- Driving the staff minibus safely and punctually between designated locations
- Ensuring the staff minibus is kept clean and well‑maintained
- Supporting other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Friendly, professional, and well‑presented with excellent customer service skills
- Full, clean driving licence with D1 category to enable driving of the minibus
- Flexible and reliable, able to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Ability to handle luggage and perform manual handling tasks safely
Full‑time 24‑40 hour contract; rota includes early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Due to the rural location of Carden Park, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods.
