Food & Beverage Host; Part-Time- Palm Court at Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa

Part–time: 18-24 hours per week

Are you a people person with a passion for providing exceptional hospitality? Palm Court Restaurant, located within the beautiful Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa, is looking for a Part‑Time Host to join our front‑of‑house team!

Working Friday, Saturday & Sunday to cover the key trading hours, our host is the welcoming face of Palm Court, setting the tone for our guests’ experience. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Warmly greeting guests as they arrive
• Escorting and seating guests efficiently and thoughtfully
• Managing the flow of guests during busy periods
• Offering a friendly farewell and thanking guests upon departure
• Supporting the front‑of‑house team on the floor to ensure a seamless dining experience

• A friendly, approachable and confident personality
• Experience with in a Host or Food & Beverage Assistant role is preferred however this is not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm and professional manner in a busy environment
