Restaurant Supervisor

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in delivering excellent guest experiences.

If you have previous experience working in a busy Restaurant environment at a supervisory level then we would love to meet you! This is a great opportunity to support with leading our team in Redmond’s our main bustling 200 seat Brasserie.

• Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Lead, motivate, and support the restaurant team during service
• Maintain high standards of food, service, and cleanliness
• Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Support management with opening/closing duties and cash handling
• Assist with staff training
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies

Enjoy a 40 hour contract
, working a variety of shifts which includes early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Salary of £27,000 per annum

Due to the rural location of Carden Park, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods.
