As a Hotel Leisure Club Attendant you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the hotel’s leisure facilities. You will be knowledgeable about the services and amenities offered and be able to provide assistance and guidance to guests as needed. Each day you may set up equipment, monitor guest usage, and perform basic maintenance tasks.

Excellent customer service skills are essential to provide a welcoming and friendly environment for guests. This role is unique and you play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a first‑class, enjoyable and comfortable stay.

• Customer Service:
  Interact with guests frequently and provide assistance, guidance, and ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
• Attention to Detail:
  Ensure the leisure club facilities are clean, safe, and well‑maintained at all times, and address any issues promptly.
• Communication:
  Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to meet guests’ needs and requests efficiently. Work well in a team and collaborate with other hotel staff.
• Disclosure Check:
  Provide a Disclosure Check during the onboarding process.
• Passion:
