• Motivating, coaching and supporting team members to achieve their best performance.
• Training and supervising all members of the housekeeping department.
• Ensuring an extraordinary level of attention to detail to drive cleaning standards.
• Managing shift patterns and hours, maintaining flexibility for a 7‑day operation.
• Coordinating with other departments to meet operational demands.

• Experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the hospitality or hotel industry.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage shift patterns and adapt to a 7‑day operation.
• Commitment to upholding high cleanliness standards and detail orientation.
