• Ensure public areas (hotel lobby, public toilets, bedroom lobbies) are sparkling clean for guests.
• Interact with guests throughout the day, maintaining high cleanliness standards and creating welcoming first impressions.
• Work independently to keep public areas ready for guests at any time of day.
• Cover shifts over 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with flexibility required; busier during evenings and weekends.
