Service Charge:
We pay our team the service charge each month, which all goes into one pot and 100% is shared amongst all the team at the hotel - every penny received is paid out to the team.

• Manage a wonderful reception and nights team.
• Keep on top of ordering stationary on Procure Wizard.
• Train new staff to be as wonderful as current staff.
• Participate in the Duty Manager rota.
• Recruit new talent when team members leave.
• Host guests from check in to check out, including booking tables, advising on local hot spots, or just having a chat.
• Assist across departments when needed, as one team we sometimes muck in from time to time.
