Assistant Night Manager

£28,520.00 per annum / £13.71 per hour. 40 hours per week across 5 days.

Do you have a strong background in Front of House or Reception operations but prefer working the night shift?

• Deputise in the absence of the Night Manager, making decisions and solving problems.
• Run night audit, health and safety checks, night security walks and manage all guest requests.
• Provide detailed handovers for the incoming shift and Duty Manager.
• Maintain excellent customer service and communication throughout the night.

• Strong background in Front of House or Reception operations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to undertake nationally recognised apprenticeships or brand training.
• Previous experience in hospitality with strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
