The Reserve, a luxury lodge resort within Chester Zoo, is seeking a friendly Reservations Agent to handle room bookings and provide accurate, first-contact information to guests.
You may assist in Food & Beverage, Front Office or other departments during quieter times; you will upsell, coordinate with Front Office, Sales and Housekeeping, and help with billing for corporate and group reservations.
