Club Receptionist

£10,574.72 per annum / £12.71 per hour. 16 hours per week across 2 days.

You will be the first person our leisure guests meet as they enter our Hotel Leisure Clubs, these guests could be club members, hotel residents or day visitors. understanding their needs and ensuring they have a wonderful experience is a key part of your role.

You will be pivotal in welcoming host into our hotels but also knowledgeable about the Leisure Club.

You will need to be organised and enjoy greeting guests in a professional but personable manner. You will enhancing their experience helping to plan their visit and assist in recommending treatments and other services.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
