Chester Zoo is seeking a Food & Beverage Events Assistant Manager for The Square, a premier wedding and event space in the heart of the venue. You will run day-to-day front-of-house operations, collaborating with the Head Chef and F&B team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards for every guest.
You will lead and develop the events team, manage EPOS and stock systems, monitor budgets and payroll, and drive revenue through upselling while ensuring health and safety compliance
