* spa, offering up to £29,000 per annum plus service charge and benefits. The role is full-time (40 hours) with a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends, and requires spa supervisory experience, strong leadership, and a passion for exceptional guest service.
You will ensure memorable guest experiences, supervise the spa team, manage feedback, and promote spa services and retail.
