Pay Range

£39,853.00 per annum – Chester / Warrington region – Full Time, Permanent

About You
  • Experienced plumber/gas engineer with a passion for delivering a high quality, efficient repair service.
  • Can complete repairs to various heating systems (gas, heat pumps and electrical).
  • Experience of working in tenanted homes and empty homes.
  • Customer focused, liaising with customers daily, carrying out high quality repairs in their homes in a polite and professional manner.
  • Self‑motivated and passionate about delivering ‘right first time’ services to customers.
  • Gas Safe registered with the appropriate qualifications (ACS Certificates, CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 & CKR1 or equivalent).
In This Role You Will Need To
  • Champion the rights of our customers to enjoy a safe, warm and good quality home.
  • Be proud of the work you do, taking a proactive approach to delivering fantastic services.
  • Have great Health Safety awareness.
  • Establish excellent working relationships with colleagues and contractors.
  • Be computer literate or be willing to adopt software‑based systems after training.
  • Have a valid UK driving licence.
  • Have personal values and an approach that align with our “We’re Muir” values.

Telephone interviews will take place the week commencing 15th December; successful candidates will then be invited to our head office in Chester for an in‑person interview.
