(involving travel between various sites)

Salary: £15,199 - £22,591 (depending on age)

Hours/

Shifts:

37.5 hours per week – shifts will be aligned to a mentor when starting

Duration: 3 - 4 years

Qualification:

Installation and Maintenance Electrician – Level 3

As an Installation & Maintenance Electrical Apprentice, you will help keep buildings safe and powered.

• Install electrical systems
• Fix and maintain equipment
• Test electrical systems to make sure they are safe
• Repair faults when things go wrong
• Follow important safety rules

You will work with trained electricians who will guide you every step of the way.

This is an apprenticeship, so you will:

• Learn on the job every day
• Take part in training and study
• Complete your coursework and assessments

As you improve, you will be trusted to do more tasks on your own.

• A helpful and friendly team

You’ll need:

• GCSE Maths and English Language at Level 4 (or the ability to achieve this during the apprenticeship)
• A minimum of 5 GCSEs, ideally including a science (Physics, Biology, Chemistry) or technical subject (or equivalent)
• A full UK driving licence (important as the apprenticeship will involve travelling)
