• Installing and commissioning new machinery at customer sites, ensuring equipment is fully operational and meets customer requirements
• Delivering operator training to customers, providing guidance on machine operation, maintenance, and best practices
• Servicing, fault‑finding, repairing, and maintaining equipment to maximise performance and reliability
• Supporting the continued growth of the business through the installation, maintenance, and support of a diverse portfolio of print finishing solutions
• Providing technical support and advice to customers, building strong relationships and delivering a high standard of service

• Qualified in a mechanical and/or electrical engineering discipline, with strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn new technologies and equipment
• Excellent fault‑finding, diagnostic, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the business professionally at customer sites
• Highly organised, IT literate, and professional in approach
• Flexible and self‑motivated, holding a full clean UK driving licence and willing to travel throughout the UK, including occasional overnight stays when required
