City Facilities Management is hiring a Mobile Maintenance Electrician (AST) to cover North Wales, Chester and Cheshire. The position is permanent and involves 40 hours per week with a salary of £39,825 total, including standby payments, overtime, and travel time.
Responsibilities include completing PPMs, general site repairs, fire alarm maintenance and emergency lighting tests. The role requires NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds 236 Part 1+2, 18th Edition, and AM2/2391, plus a full driving licence.
