Ritz Recruitment is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join a Student Accommodation site in Chester. On-site role, immediate start. Pay is £15 per hour and tools are provided.
Responsibilities include basic plumbing, joinery, carpentry, painting and decorating, reactive repairs, flushing vacant apartments, PPM checks, and moving furniture between rooms. An entry into domestic maintenance and safety awareness is preferred.
