Vita Policy And Procedure Analyst
The Policy and Procedure Specialist acts as an analyst to address Customer Account Management's operational and tactical issues that affect agency and vendor activities. This position works closely with the CAM's to help them follow-up, assess and manage the performance of the service provider and to provide proactive and timely support. The position will write new customer services processes, update old processes and provided processing mapping.
The position will work under the Customer Service Analyst and assist in day to day operational administrative duties including Work Request processing.
Expert abilities with MS Office products, in particular, Visio, Excel and Word.

Strong knowledge of Sharepoint 2010 (for documentation/collaboration).

Demonstrated experience with process development, documentation and mapping

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
