Overview
The Chester Family YMCA is currently seeking a part time, personable Member Service Associate who enjoys working in a fast paced environment to provide quality service to members and prospective members.
Responsibilities- Answer phones, greet members, process memberships, and complete program registrations.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years old or older
