Loyalty Automotive, a locally-owned and growing group of dealerships and collision repair centers headquartered in Richmond, is looking for an experienced, connected and motivated FINANCE MANAGER to lead our F&I team.
Responsibilities- Work with customers on financing options
- Develop sales forecasts and strategies to achieve goals, growth and profitability
- Recruit, coach, and drive performance of F&I team
- Handle customer issues and concerns quickly and professionally
- Present sales reports and forecasts to management team
- Proven F&I track record in the automotive industry
- Strong lender relationships
- Experience with subprime credit customers
- Computer software and internet proficiency
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
