Licensed Salon Manager

Sport Clips of Chester is now hiring a manager! We are looking for a licensed stylist with an enthusiastic attitude to manage our store in Chester. We offer a guaranteed base pay along with great tips! We also support the growth of our team through paid training and continuing education, fun contests, and award recognition.

$30-45/hour including base pay, commission and tips.

We are looking for an experienced manager to join our fun and family-oriented team. As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results.

The manager’s core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential.

• A valid cosmetology or barber license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
