- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings to children and adolescents under age 21.
- Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement treatment plans and interventions.
- Engage caregivers through coaching, modeling, and supportive communication.
- Use video‑based supervision and a collaborative approach to enhance your clinical skills.
- Maintain accurate session documentation and data collection.
- Required:
High school diploma, valid driver’s license, and at least 3 years of licensed driving experience. - Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field. - Preferred:
Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Hourly rate from $20-$25/hour, based on experience.
- Full‑time employees (105+ hours/month) receive:
