Project management, project scheduling and communications lead for ITPM work plan application projects. Need for a strong PM with strong communications skills to be able to manage multiple projects and map out a comprehensive logical plan with our business, developers and architects. Will be responsible for overall project management and coordination of schedules for projects including holding discovery sessions, documenting technical upgrade requirements with architects and developers, and RFP creation.

• PMP or CoVA PM certification highly desired
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or managing other large suites of applications. Dynamics exposure preferred.
• Strong business communication skills. Must be extremely personable, team-oriented and able to hold collaborative meetings.
• Project Management experience in application development environments required. Must have demonstrated experience with application teams.
• Must be able to take direction and collaborate with technical leads on development plans.
• Senior level PM with demonstrated experience working in a highly political and collaborative environment.
• Ability to run technical and project meetings and translate into work planning and project schedules.
• Ability to decompose upgrade requirements into project plans for upgrade work and testing purposes.
• Excellent presentation, communication and customer service skills.
• Remain flexible on changing workloads and priorities.
• Be flexible with scheduling changes, framework schedules and discovery changes. Must be flexible and team oriented.

• 5 years required for: PMP or CoVA PM certification; project management experience; ability to take direction; senior level PM experience; run technical and project meetings; decompose upgrade requirements; provide excellent presentation and communication.
• 1 year desired for: project management experience in application development environments.
