About the Role
Operates Press to develop end-result printed material in accordance with customer specifications:
Operate gravure press, troubleshoot and monitor press operation. Prepares press by performing a variety of tasks to produce a consistent, high quality product by matching inks, resolving defects and adjustments to exceed customer expectation. By performing a variety of make ready task and press operations from mixing inks and solvents, replenishing supplies, resolving printing defects and adjustments to press to produce high quality product.
Oversee roll stand service. Check posted viscosity time to maintain correct viscosity of inks. Check and keep solvent and ink containers filled. Fill auto viscosity containers, solvent tanks and cans as needed. Make adjustments, clear jams, while processing product, maintaining speed and quality. Ensure efficient and rapid make ready, with unloading and loading of printing carriages and rotary tools.

- Ensure adherence to EHS and Clean policies.
- Assist team members in maintaining clean and safe environment.
- Maintain and follows all company policies regarding safety and PPE.
- High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 3 years of press operation with specific Gravure printing and troubleshooting.
- Must possess basic computer skills and mathematical skills necessary to compute percentages, weights and measures.
- Experience operating rotogravure equipment
