The LEGO Group is seeking a Mold Changeover Technician in the United States (Chester, VA) to perform mold changeovers on injection molding machines, prepare tooling, and verify all utilities before startup. You will support first-shot validation and coordinate with Process Technicians, Production, and Quality teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
Prior mold changeover experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read setup instructions are essential.
