$21 per hour, with $2 pay for skills program

7am-7pm
Working 2 days on/2 days off/every other weekend
36/48 hours every other week

Must have a high school diploma or ged
Must pass a drug screen and background check
Must pass a basic reading, writing, comprehension test and personality test

Requirements:

• Flexographic print or chemical handling experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude, experience with various powered hand tools
• Capable or driving specialized industrial equipment (training provided)
• Able to wear PPE (safety glasses & safety shoes)
• Able to stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to bend/stoop, crouch/squat, and kneel
• Able to use repetitive motions of arms, hands, and wrist

• Responsible for the safe operation of flexographic print decks, control panels, and other machine positions. This includes ink handling, print plate inspection, insertion, removal, and cleaning.
• Responsible for the print at start-ups, resolving defects, finished roll inspection, and deck cleaning
• Perform proper E-stops and lock out/tag out functions
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical failures
• Take various measurements and make adjustments using mechanical and PC driven controls
• Perform regular cleaning of liquid and hardened ink from all machinery and nearby areas. This requires using various hand tools on ground level, above head, and in tight spaces.
• Log information and perform regular inspections
• Maintain spreadsheet data with a high accuracy level and email results
• Move various materials with forklifts, pole trucks, and other powered industrial vehicles
• Provide instructions to co-workers on production priorities and downtime actions
• Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned.
