Virginia Commonwealth University Health Systems seeks an experienced Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA) to support surgical procedures and lead patient care from pre‑op to post‑op in Chesterfield. The RNFA will participate as the first assistant when needed, applying antisepsis, sterilization and collaborative care principles.
The role requires a bachelor's in nursing, Virginia RN licensure, and BLS HCP. A master's is preferred, CRNFA is a plus, with at least 5 years of clinical experience
