Target - - - Responsibilities:
Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.;
Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.;
Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity to create a guest-ready floor.;
Execute and maintain backroom organization, inclusive of locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.;
Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using remerchandising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for our guest.
