Salary and Benefits
Hourly rate ranges from $12.77 - $13.02 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits include:
Set-Up and Tear-Down Premium Pay Programs, End-of-Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.

Position OverviewThe Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in setting up, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards.
Responsibilities- Generate sales
- Sign waving
- General housekeeping
- Merchandising
- Signing
- Pricing
- POS operations
- Loss prevention
- Climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
- May require 8 hours of standing/walking.
The minimum age requirement for this position is 16.
